I enjoyed the room on the lower floors. The location was favourable, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Snow Penguins at Ski Dubai.

Have stayed here many times and would not hesitate to return there. The hotel was fantastic and wonderful, as you can expect from Dubai. The staff were delightfully helpful and well-trained too. I truly enjoyed the room with spacious toilet, the bed was comfy.

I truly enjoyed this very good stay, would not hesitate to return here. Everything was modern, including responsive staff. The hotel was in a central setting very close to the metro. After long day I visited Crown and Lion for a couple of drinks.

The staff was rude and unaccommodating, which was a major drawback.

The decoration of the hotel and design were magnificent. The reception staff were great. All the staff were so friendly and helpfull.

Staying here was a luxurious experience! This place has a great location for those who like a quieter, business-type atmosphere. The staff provides fantastic service and quickly responded to my requests. The male receptionists were especially helpful during the night shift. The leisure facilities are endless - spa, sauna, heated and outdoor swimming pool, and a night club with live entertainment. I enjoyed the beauty treatments like massage, facial, and waxing. There's also a fitness studio, game room, and darts and billiard tables. In my room, I appreciated the flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and soundproofed walls.
I recommend this hotel to everyone, and there are no negative aspects to this venue.
